Hosted by Sarah, Darren, and Mark, the series explores key themes around this significant life change: Emotions (acknowledging feelings and identifying support systems), Foundations (understanding influences, identity, and faith), and Growth (embracing new opportunities and personal development). Through real stories and thoughtful reflections. NUA: Move helps young people approach this new chapter with confidence and clarity.

Episode 1 explores different feelings about the move from primary to secondary school and reminds students that their emotions are valid. The presenters share stories about challenging experiences and encourages students to reflect on who they could ask for support, when needed. 

Episode 2 explores the influences pupils have around them as they make decisions about their future. The presenters discuss the foundations of their identity and how their faith and the love of friends & family helped them when they faced pressure to conform.

Episode 3 explores the wealth of exciting opportunities that the move to secondary school will offer and how these can shape pupil’s lives for years to come.
